About us

Dutch Tours was founded by Sarah and Eva, close friends since they were kids. Sarah grew up in a small Dutch village, surrounded by horses and other animals. Being an enthusiastic horse rider, she enjoys taking her daughters for long rides on their ponies. Together with her youngest child Benjamin, she spends many hours scouting for birds, deer and wild boar in the Dutch national parks.

Eva comes from a family of passionate flatboat sailors, spending a substantial part of her childhood out on the mudflats of the Wadden Sea, searching for shellfish and scouting for seals. She has already passed on the love for this unique wildlife area to her three boys and friends, but we are convinced the Waddensea is one of the must sees for every international nature lover!

As we have 6 kids between us, we know how important it is to show them the beauty of nature and build unforgettable memories with them! Our nature tours are fantastic experiences for both adults as well as children. With our remembrance tour we aim to show an important part in the recent history of Europe. We realized there is a demand for tours to sites reflecting this part of our national heritage.

This small country is home to great UNESCO World Heritage sites, national parks and nature reserves teeming with wildlife and we would like to share them with you! As conservation of the areas is key, our focus is on sustainable tourism.

It’s a wonderful world out there, let’s go exploring!
